But deep down, I knew it wasn’t just stress. Or aging. Or anxiety. Something wasn’t right.

I spent years scrolling through blog posts, trying elimination diets, downloading free checklists, tracking everything I ate, and taking random supplements I saw on Instagram.
I was convinced that if I just found the right food or the right product, I’d finally feel better. But nothing stuck. I was still bloated. Still exhausted. Still foggy and disconnected from my body.
It wasn’t just bloating. Looking back, I had a long list of symptoms that I thought were “just part of who I was”:
I thought I was doing everything “right”—and still felt wrong.
I stopped chasing symptoms and started learning how my body actually worked.
That’s when everything shifted.
I learned that gut health is central to everything—energy, hormones, mental clarity, immunity, skin, and even how we feel emotionally. I realized that my body wasn't broken... it was communicating. I just hadn’t been taught how to listen.
I enrolled in a functional nutrition training program not just to heal myself, but to help others like me.
Now I help women connect the dots between their symptoms and their physiology.
